Born and raised in Sacramento, Courtney always had a passion for home design and architecture. As a young girl, she used to stay up nights re-designing her bedroom and could not rest until everything was perfectly set in it's new place!  That passion carried with her through college, where she attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo majoring in Interior Design. Throughout her college years, Courtney worked in the hospitality industry, advancing her career from a front desk clerk at a local hotel to eventually becoming the Director of Revenue for a large national hotel chain. It's during Courtney's years in the hospitality industry where she developed unsurpassed customer relations, marketing and sales skills.

In 2001, Courtney returned to the Sacramento region and began her successful career in real estate, first working for a large national builder selling new home construction before joining the resale market. As a resident of Northern California for over 40 years and over 22 years in real estate, Courtney has a vast knowledge of the Greater Sacramento area through the North Bay, not just specializing in ONE neighborhood, but MANY!

Courtney serves various communities, including (but not limited to)  East Sac, Midtown, Land Park, Curtis Park, West Sacramento, Rosemont, Arden-Arcade, Carmichael, Elk Grove, Folsom, and beyond.

Courtney's experience also spans throughout much of the central valley to North Bay, including Dixon, Vacaville, Petaluma and Bodega Bay.

Courtney is an active community member, sponsoring various organizations & local events and volunteering her time in child education.  When not working or helping others, you can find Courtney on the hiking trail, campground, beach or anywhere near water!  Travelling with her family, near or far, is her favorite thing to do!
